Jill Kahn has been providing therapy to individuals, families and
couples since 1981, and has been in private practice in Sandpoint
since 1988. She employs a psycho-dynamic perspective, in conjunction
with behavioral techniques, to facilitate the emotional development
of her clients. She offers a mindful and compassionate approach to a
variety of issues.

Jill was one of the first 50 individuals worldwide to become
certified as a Gottman Couples Counselor. Created by founders John &
Julie Gottman, this model is based on three decades of research with
over 3.000 couples. It provides a highly respected, practical and
effective system for helping couples to appropriately manage conflict
as well as increase and sustain intimacy. It provides new hope for
couples in distress.
